Problem in TakePOS

Hello,

I have a problem when using the TakePOS, I get a ‘disconnected’ message (see screenshot)
The version of dolibarr is 18.0.5
The TakePOS connector module: Printing via the browser.

any help please ?

what does your php.log or and/or webserver error log say?

Have you enabled the dolibarr.log file in the documents folder?

Nothing bad, but I think your loglevel is pretty low.

what does your php.log or and/or webserver error log say?

you sent a word document file? Please just send the regular text file - or perhaps even just the segments that are relevant for the error

the log file contains a lot of lines like this

/custom/ - did you make custom code? we can not help you with that

i’m trying to use Takepos Connector 18.0 to make direct print for POS tickets.

when turn it off the msg disappear.
