I would like to set up recurring suscriptions. I mean, when a suscription expires, I want a new one to be generated and stay in a “pending payment” statuts. Is that possible?

I do not use it, but have you taken a look at the CONTRACTS/SUBSCRIPTIONS module? Found here: Home, Setup, Modules/Applications, and then you search for subscriptions

Yes I did.

You can modify a single subscription, but if you have lot of associates, it is good that a) a new subscription is autogenerated when another one expires or b) there is a mechanism to bulk create all expired a new subscription for an expired one.
