Hello everyone, how are you? I know that to set default values, we have a field in Dolibarr to do this within the settings. However, when I try to define some default values, such as payment terms and payment methods, this message always doesn’t appear. How can I set these definitions?
what is the url of the page you are on?
which dolibarr version do you run?
Jonbendtsen,
I’m on the page: /comm/propal/card.php?action=create&leftmenu=propals
Regarding the version: 21.0.0
I do not use the incoterms module, but maybe it should be enabled for terms?
Hello Jonbendtsen, how are you? So, in the invoice settings, the payment method you mentioned earlier is more of a designation in the first item related to the bank account — which bank you’ll be using and the account details — and the second item refers to specifying who the recipient will be when using another form of payment, such as a check. Therefore, it’s a different piece of information from what I previously asked.
In my version of Dolibarr, there may be slight differences in the English translation because I use the system in Portuguese. I’ve made some translation adjustments. But basically, the variables I want to set as default are available within the dictionary options — more specifically, the variables shown in the figure below, which refer to the payment terms and payment methods.
Sorry, I don’t know how to do what you want
