Set up access for other users

Hello, I put Dollibarr on VPS on Windows, prescribed a port to connect remotely, but it comes to refuse to connect the Apache server. What to do?

please post a picture so we can see the exact error message.

Are the apache server running? Is a firewall causing trouble?

as I entered "localhost’ in browser, I can see this:

But if I try to enter http://localhost/dolibarr/ or localhost/dolibarr , or trying to gain access via External Request , I see this an error 404 screen:
"The requested URL was not found on this server.

Apache/2.4.51 (Win64) PHP/7.3.33 Server at localhost Port 80"

Apache server as dolliwampapache is running, ports 80. 443 are opened in brandmauer (windows server 2019)…
The router is up, shows ok.
What else could there be?
