I am currently facing an issue in Dolibarr where the “Ref” field is not visible. I have checked the module settings and configurations, but I still can’t figure out why it isn’t appearing.
Could anyone guide me on how to resolve this?
- Is there a specific setting I might have missed?
- Could this be related to user permissions or a display configuration?

Thank you for your response. I am currently using Dolibarr version 20.0.3.
The issue I am encountering is related to the product reference. When I add products and then go to the product list, I am unable to see the reference (Ref.) of the products in the list.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or guide me on how to make the product references visible in the product list?

Try This
List all products. Click on the little hamburger menu icon, search for ref and make sure it is enabled.
hmm, is the ref an empty string or just a string of whitespace?
