I know I know, it’s been years since we did anything with it but it was not my job and i just was tasked with doing the upgrade. Is it possible?
Should it be done in steps, or not possible at all?
Please let me know what is the best approach.

Also, do i use Dolibarr ERP-CRM or Dolibarr installer for Windows (DoliWamp)? The server is running on top of IIS on windows server 2019. It would make more sense to use the zip file for me.

One last question though, where can i find the upgrading instructions for all these versions? Is it the same accross all the versions? Do i need to run a special script once i migrated the files to make sure all is in order?

Don’t need to install version one by one, just install V16.
The installation script will then ask you to perform all the updates 4,5,6,…16
First do a backup!

Thank you for all your help guys, it was a success. The upgrade manager told me to go through all the 16 upgrades from 3.6 to 16 and it went well.
Small issue though, the new version has a few errors i was not able to fix, namely:
I get an error on the front page about access to a file that is restricted.
The profile user picture/avatar is huge and does not go away or stay in the top right corner.
The members list is broken.
Any ideas what might cause this?

The fatal error is due to the configuration of the Log module.
Try to deactivate it :
For the “big” picture, I think it’s a browser cache issue, try to reload page with Ctl+F5 or clear the browser cache
My version looks nothing like yours. I’m so confused.
ksar, turning off the module helps with some errors but isn’t it a permission issue we can fix differently in windows?
And how about the huge profile icon on the right side?
From my research it seems that the table:
llx_adherent_type
as changed.
Column “cotisation” was removed and “subscription”, “amount”, “morphy”, and “duration” were added.
But why is the query asking for “cotisation” in the image i uploaded in the new version of Dolibarr?

This error seems indicate that you have old PHP files with new PHP files.
Try to remove all the PHP files and put back fresh V16 from archive
I tried 5 times, there is a bug with the update process. I tried it with a blank installation and still nothing.
