When are product stocks updated?

Using my Dolibarr PM modules

When are product stock actually being deducted, depleted, subtracted, …

I created a product, added some stock, then I created:
proposal - no stock change - as expected
order - no stock change - sort of expected
invoice - no stock change - change sort expected
shipment - no stock change - change definitely expected

So when are stock actually changed?

Got it. This post told me I had to close the shipment, validation is not enough, and that did indeed deduct the stock :slight_smile:

in Setup - Module/Applications, select “Stock” and access to the setup of this module
in the “Miscellaneous” tab, you access to this screen where you can setup stok increase or decrease as you want…
