Where to click to import customers?

Using my Dolibarr

Hi, I want dto do a customers migration from suitercm to dolibarr , passing trough .xlsx or .csv
So going here at step 1:
imports/import.php?leftmenu=import
this one “Third-parties additional contacts/addresses and attributes” is to enrich/update the contacts, but not to import them, this one is not importing ths customers “Third-parties and their properties” and the others to me doesn’t looks to import costumers..
I am using Dolibarr version 21.0.1 installed with softaculous..

why doesn’t Third-parties and their properties look to import costumers?

Hello, to perform this type of import you can use the system’s own import tool. In the image below, you can see the sequence. I recommend creating the XLS file according to Dolibarr’s standard format, as it will simplify the next steps of the import process.
