Why Dolibarr 3.7 was not released in january 2015

According to our roadmap, Dolibarr 3.7.0 should have been released in january. It won't. Why ?
The pool of opened bug for 3.7 beta is not empty. However, most remainning bugs are not critical to lock the release.
The main reason why i won't release final version is not common....

This module adds to Dolibarr the trouble ticket management or technical support. An unidentified user can register a new ticket or consult an existing, through a public interface.
The classification of the ticket is customizable with three dictionaries: the type, category and severity of the ticket.
Every action performed on the ticket (recording a message, change in classification, etc.) is recorded in the history of the ticket. You can associate one or more forms of intervention to the ticket, the duration is calculated on the form of ticket.

Dolibarr 3.6.2, a maintenance release for branch 3.6 of Dolibarr ERP & CRM is available.
Dolibarr 3.6.2 contains only fixes of bugs found into 3.6 branch. We recommend everybody using an older version to upgrade to this one. As any maintenance release, no new features, nor data structure change is present into this version (see Read more for full list of fixes).
